If there is any problem, please contact us. Our warranty is for the materials and labor. If there is new decay, or a different section of the tooth breaks, this warranty may not apply.

BONDED FILLINGS: 2 YEARS

DENTURES: 3YEARS (Denture, and partial denture adjustment free for life.)

CROWNS, ONLAYS: 5YEARS (This includes cemented bridges. If anything breaks or comes off we will replace it at no charge, or apply the amount paid towards an alternate treatment.)

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

To keep your warranty in effect you have to maintain your regular checkup appointments.
