Our Dental Specialists
At St. Louis Hills Dental Group, Doctors Andreas and Livingston are general dentists providing care of all types for our patients. Sometimes situations arise that require the help of a dental specialist to achieve optimum results. We are fortunate to have a network of dental specialists available to help us in those situations.
The dental specialties treating our patients on site at St. Louis Hills Dental Group are periodontics (gum care), oral surgery, and endodontics (root canals). The opportunity to provide specialty care here allows our patients to see the same friendly, familiar faces when they come in for treatment. Our patients tell us this gives them a higher comfort level than going to a new unknown office at a different location.
Dr. Pete Durso is our periodontist. He attended St. Louis University for his predental education, dental school at Loyola University in Chicago, and received his specialty degree while serving in the Navy. Dr. Durso is able to give our patients options for conditions that demand more than regular hygiene care. Dental tissue grafts, treatment of advanced gum disease, and other periodontal procedures which allow our patients with gum disease to have an improved opportunity to keep their teeth and gums as healthy as possible.
